1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the services.
2. Service Booking
ExpertServices acts as an intermediary connecting users with independent service professionals. While we vet our professionals, the agreement for service is directly between you and the professional. We guarantee the quality of service with our 7-day warranty policy.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Payments are due upon completion of the service. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ExpertServices, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
